4018: Development project in front of the Arroyo Maldonado

This project is developed in a complex fronting the Arroyo Maldonado, on an area of 111 Hectares approx. It is noteworthy that the location of it is in an area that can be categorized as ecological tourist type because it is only 9 km from the Atlantic coast and about 12 km from Punta del Este. Also, special mention should be made to the stream Maldonado, Rio has features so you can verify the feasibility of navigation between the stream and the Atlantic Ocean.
